What Do You Have to Look Forward to Today?

Upon awakening this morning, this thought, "What do I have to look forward to today?" was on the horizon of my first conscious meanderings. Because I hadn't fully uploaded my personality consciousness, I realized a powerful insight and it was this; I was asking myself what do I 'already have' to look forward to? Thus, you have the foundation towards establishing a gratitude consciousness.

This is very powerful when you put it into the context that the Laws of Attraction are constantly working in your life whether actively aware -or not. The Laws of Attraction operate from what you -believe- is true from all aspects of conscious awareness AND the not so conscious awareness. 


As the future moves into present time from the future expanse of possibilities, you in essence 'baptize' this newly formed present moment with energy that is your composite experience of what is true that concurrently, is moving into past time.

To break the cycle of repeating negative events is to interrupt the process of baptizing each newly formed present moment with negative energy from the recent past experience. Literally, to pose the question 'what do I have,' establishes a foundation from which to create. If you judge this as something negative, you are baptizing it with more negative attraction energy. To say 'what do I have to look forward to' is adding a positive intention to the future potential frequency as the future becomes the present moment. You have the power to invoke positive change in your life by remembering that the present moment is the only place you can chose a higher, positive option. (FAITH= Focused Authentic Intention Towards Healing.)

Becoming aware of yourself as being 'co-creator' (with the God of your heart) in your life enhances the likelihood of manifesting a succession of present moment experiences that lead to positive outcomes. This is to say, to realign your recent past experiences into a foundation that supports rather than diminishes your present-time experience. To ask yourself "What am I learning, what value can I take with me from a negative situation," allows you to reclaim your power to choose a positive experience in the present moment.




When you attach the energy of the greater past to the immediate possibility of what can (potentially) happen, is when you can get into trouble if you keep reinforcing the past as the only real possibility of what you perceive as being true or the likely outcome.

Becoming aware of the Laws of Attraction is in essence, the intention to interrupt the continuum of what you (we collectively) have been reinforcing, through maintaining a status quo of not so conscious thoughts and beliefs that are cause for continued harm and increasing violence in the world. When events seem too big or overwhelming, the key is to not 'buy into it' as the only possibility that will manifest in the future, rather to adapt a response that is contrary to the apparent negative situation that fuels the negative energy (news headlines) purported by the media. (In general.)

Given that we are able to disrupt negative frequencies within our own thoughts, beliefs and emotions through exercising our inherent free-will to enable change, we (collectively) can activate currents to heal our personal lives as well as contributing towards a larger collective vision of living in a world in peaceful balance. What thoughts or beliefs do you add to the 'collective bucket' of future potential? Help break negative cycles now by healing old patterns that could be cause for your unhappiness and / or dissatisfaction in any area of your life, like a ripple effect going out into the world.

Like dominoes that tip to knock over the next domino, we can positively influence our immediate reality outwardly. The strategy is to catch your negative thoughts with honey so that in that same moment - the only place you are able to affect change, is to bless it with your better intention towards your 'self'. Love is a frequency that can shift and transcend negative paradigms that are rooted in the past and can uphold a growing positive continuum into the future.

As humans that are fallible, we are constantly experiencing our emotions whether negative or positive. The key is to be willing to recognize the past as an opportunity to see where you / we can embrace change to bring about a better experience of the present. Never self-admonish, rather be forgiving and keep choosing Light and heal the past by loving your mis-takes! Forgiveness is to 'forward-give' that which is no longer serving your Higher Frequency. (Surrender, to love and let go of that which is too much to your Higher Self or the God of Your Heart.)

5 Minute Meditation:
CENTER - Imagine gold ball in the center of your head
ACKNOWLEDGE - Place yourself there, and say 'hello' to your 'self'
GROUND - Imagine a cord from the base of your spine to the center of the planet and say 'hello to Earth'. Let this connection be relaxed.
CLEAN - Drain what you don't want down the grounding cord. Earth uses this energy to heal herself even if it is negative emotions.
CALL BACK- Imagine your energy as particles connecting you to others or events. Call your energy back to you, relax and locate gratitude.
